One of the hotel’s most impressive features is its contemporary restaurant, serving the best of world-renowned Catalan cuisine. There is also a lounge bar and bistro to choose from. The hotel’s 200 m² gourmet restaurant is housed in the former Madronita Andreu theatre, overlooking the garden. Its exquisite modern Catalan cuisine is prepared by disciples of some of Spain’s best chefs and, as such, has been awarded 2 Michelin Stars (head chef, Xavier Pellicer, previously ran a kitchen beneath famous Spanish chef, Santi Santamaría). The delicious dishes come accompanied by wines from the hotel’s own wine cellar. The restaurant was designed by Joaquim Casademont, with the collaboration of Xavier Pellicer.
