The building itself has a lift and a magnificent terrace for communal use where you can organise barbeques or simply relax in the middle of the city. You can easily visit the nearby Gothic Quarter that is only a few minutes on foot from the city port and beach front.

Check-in details: All guests are required to contact the apartments by telephone 30 minutes prior to arrival (the contact telephone number appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site). Check-in between 00:00 and 08:00 is subject to an additional surcharge. Deposit: A damage deposit of EUR 100 per apartment is payable locally. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
