There is a weekly cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels, for stays longer than 7 nights. Please contact the reception for an optional extra cleaning service.

By Plane: From Barcelona Airport: - Take the commuter train to Passeig de Gracia, and then take a taxi to the night reception on Calle Muntaner, No 60, Floor No E, Office Number 2. - Alternatively, take the daily bus (Aerobus) service that runs from the airport to the city centre. Alight before the last stop, which is plaza Universitad. From there, it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel. - You could also take a taxi from the terminal outside the airport arrival gate.

Payment Information: Once the reservation has been made the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee the reservation. At check-in all guests are required to pay EUR 150 damage deposit with a credit card. Please ensure you bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport). Arrival Information: Please call the number that appears on your confirmation email 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. Key Collection: The key collection address depends on the time and date of your arrival. Monday to Sunday, from 09.00 to 23.45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner). From 00.00 until 09.00 in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca). Public holidays, from 09.00 to 13.45 and from 16.00 to 18.45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner). At any other arrival time, in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca). For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a special cancellation policy is applicable.
