The apartments are ideally located just outside the central avenue of the city. Take the short stroll to the top of Passeig de Gracia. This exclusive street is lined with designer stores and fabulous show windows. Here you will also find 2 famous examples of Gaudis architecture, the Pedrera and Casa Batlló. Adjacent to Passeig de Gracia on Rambla de Catalunya you will find plenty of places to enjoy authentic tapas in an alfresco setting.

The apartments do not have a reception. Guests must send an e-mail indicating their estimated time of arrival to Barcelona. This ensures that they will be met at the apartments upon arrival. The following mandatory cleaning fees are not included in the rates and are payable at check-in: Stays of 1-7 nights: EUR 50 Stays of 8-14 nights: EUR 70 Stays of 15-21 nights: EUR 90 For stays longer than 7 nights this cleaning service is provided weekly and includes a change of bed linen and towels. Guests requiring an extra cleaning service should contact the reception.
