These stylish, modern apartments are located in the district of Barceloneta, surrounded by seafood restaurants and set beside the city’s sandy beaches. Recently refurbished, the ClassBedrooms can accommodate between 2 and 4 people. They allow families and groups of friends to enjoy independent accommodation in the heart of the Catalan capital. The apartments’ location near to train, metro and bus services mean that you can easily visit the many cultural sights of this inspiring city. Las Ramblas and the lively district of El Born are only a few minutes’ walk away. This historic fishing district is also a short distance from the Olympic Port.

Barceloneta is the city’s traditional fishing district, where thousands of fisherman used to live. It lies beside the new Olympic Port, an area of more than 40 bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Here you can also enjoy over 4 km of beaches and a range of water sports.

Extra charges: Extra guests are subject to a supplementary fee. Details can be found in the Conditions section. Guests travelling with children under the age of 12 years old must specify so in the Comments Box upon making a reservation. Cleaning fee: A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the rates and is payable locally. Damage Deposit: Credit card details will be taken at check-in. The property reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or missing objects (including keys) which occurs during the stay. Arrival: Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. All check in takes place after 14.00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage in the office at 36 Carrer Escudellers. Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property’s staff will then direct guests to their apartment. All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving more than 30 minutes after the expected time. Check-in: At check in, the remaining cost of the booking must be paid in full, in cash. A breakage deposit will also be charged. The property staff will then show you around the apartment and give helpful advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Guests having to check in after 20.00 must pay an additional surcharge, depending on the time of arrival. Check-out: All guests must check out by 12.00 at the latest, although between 09.00 and 10.00 is recommended. The property will charge an additional night’s stay for any apartments not vacated by 12.00. During the morning a member of the property’s staff will visit the apartment to check its condition. Those wishing to check out before 08.00 must pay an additional surcharge to the property reception. Conditions: Please note that the cancellation fee is based upon the full rate of the stay, including extra person charges.
