The menu changes regularly to reflect the best and freshest locally grown produce, sourced from nearby markets. The chef’s specialities include: pickled partridge with tolosa beans, cream of pumpkin soup with black Botifarra sausage, roasted pork and cuttlefish, deer-loin fillets in a ragout of chestnuts, young garlic and cep and death trumpet mushrooms and monkfish with artichokes, wild asparagus and crayfish. The restaurant also offers tasting menus, consisting of a selection of the best specialities on offer in the restaurant. The restaurant is open from 13:00 to 15:30 and from 20:00 to 23:00.
