The Downtown apartments are located in 18th and 19th century buildings which have been completely renovated in 2004. Comfort, quality, functionality and design are our goals in defining our service.

By Metro: The apartments are just 100 metres away from the Jaume I Metro station, which is on the yellow Metro line (line 4).

For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a prepayment is required: once the reservation has been made, the hotel will contact the customer to agree on the payment method. There is no reception desk, so please inform the hotel of your arrival time in Barcelona. Call or send an email in order to arrange check-in which starts at 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you can come to the office at number 219 Sardenya Street to store your luggage. For late check-in after 22:00, there is an extra charge to be paid upon arrival.
