When the apartments are booked on a room only or bed and breakfast basis the apartments are cleaned once a week. When booked on a half board or full board basis the apartments are cleaned daily.

The apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and a living-dining area with a kitchen equipped with utensils and crockery, a bathroom and a terrace. Maximum 4 people.

Hotel Policies:

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6 per person per night. Half board costs EUR 15 per person per night. Full board costs EUR 23 per person per night.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.
