These apartments are situated in the tourist area of the Rincón de Loix, only a few metres from the Playa de Levante. The apartments feature double rooms with 2 beds, living rooms with a double sofa bed and a terrace offering views of the sea. Communal areas include an outdoor swimming pool and a children’s play area. All the services and facilities you could possibly need are within a stone’s throw of this accommodation, making this a good choice if you want to spend a few days with your family in the sun and on the beach, with complete independence. Benidorm is well-equipped for the tourist and all their needs. There is a bus stop very near the apartments, although you can get to the centre in a few minutes on foot.

Key collection for Apartments San Diego: In the reception of the apartments within the following timetables: Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 13:00 hours Saturdays: 09:00 – 14:00 hours Closed on Sundays Outside of these hours guests must collect keys from Apartments Alpha: Calle Kennedy, on the corner with Cuenca, opposite the hotel Caballo de Oro. *The apartments Alpha do not form part of our group; but take responsibility for key distribution to guests that arrive outside of opening hours. Any queries that you have must be directed to the personnel at Apartments San Diego. Payment of Deposit: At your arrival, a deposit between EUR 100 and 200 is requiered (depending on the season). This deposit acts as cover against any damage. The deposit is returnable on the day of departure, once all has been checked and confirmed as being in order. Leaving the apartments: If you leave the apartment outside of reception hours, you must provide all the necessary information in advance so the refund of the deposit can be made by postal order or bank transfer, in the event that the payment was made using cash. Ideally the deposit payment would be made by credit card, therefore making the refund easy and convenient for both parties. Under no circumstances will the refund of the deposit be made the day before the day of departure. Additional Costs: For reservations of fewer than 7 nights, a EUR 40 supplement will be charged upon arrival, this is not included in the published rate. The air conditioning has an additional cost per day. Guests must 30 EUR deposit for the parking remote control. This is refundable upon check out.
