Situated in an unbeatable area in Benidorm, these apartments are 100 metres from Levante beach and 10 minutes from the centre and the old town. The 14-storey building has three lifts that take you to the spacious apartments of one or 2 rooms. All apartments boast views of the beach. They are also surrounded by all the shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, clubs that you will need. Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Mítica theme parks are also nearby.

The establishment has a communal area with swimming pools (one for adults and the other for children) with access to the bar-cafeteria, an self-service laundry and private parking facility. There is also a social lounge with television and a small library.

Levante beach is easily accessible from the apartments, situated only 100 metres away. The beach itself boasts a magnificent promenade with a large choice of cafeterias and restaurants. There are lively nightlife spots on offer nearby. There is a bus stop a short distance from the apartments, from which you can get to Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica and Terra Natura theme parks.

When you enter the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100. This deposit acts as cover against any damage. The deposit is returnable on the day of departure, once all has been checked and confirmed as being in order. The reception opening hours are 9:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. The caretaker is on duty from 19:00 to 02:00.
