Room information

Last refurbishment was in 2000, there are 70 studios spread over 5 floors which are fully equipped with air conditioning (July until September) and cooker/oven. An ironing board is available on request as is a safe-deposit box (for extra charge). Most studios are exterior and have a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street, some of them enjoy a lateral sea view. They are all twin bedded and furnished with comfortable furniture.

Hotel Policies:

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
There is no meal option with this room.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.
Pets are not allowed.
A fixed amount of EUR 60 per room will be charged on the day of arrival. 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival.
