The Hospes Palacio del Bailio is housed in a former palace dating back to the 16th century, and still features many valuable original paintings. Spend a peaceful moment in the pretty flower garden, nestled in Córdoba’s city centre. You can also try some of the area’s rich traditional cuisine at the hotel’s own restaurant and tapas bar. Containing remains dating from Roman times, you will enjoy access to the city’s Roman thermal baths from the hotel’s exclusive Bodyna Spa.

The palace was built in the 16th century and has invaluable Roman ruins and paintings from the 17th century.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
By Car:
From Sevilla/Granada/Málaga:
1) Enter the city via Avenida De Cádiz.
2) Once in Plaza Andalucia cross the San Rafael bridge onto the Avenida del Corregidor and carry straight on down Avenida Conde Vallellano.
3) At the roundabout, take first exit to Paseo de la Victoria and turn right onto Avenida Ronda de los Tejares.
4) Keep going, drive past the Plaza de Colón and after the fountain turn right onto C/Alfaros.
5) Continue until you reach the Town Hall and turn right again onto C/Alfonso XII then right again onto Carbonell y Morad. -Finally, turn left onto Cardenal Toledo and you will find the hotel.
From Madrid:
1) Enter Cordoba via Avenida de Libia and carry on straight down Avenida Carlos III, Avenida Agrupación de Córdoba, Avenida de las Ollerías and Avenida de los Molinos until you get to Avenida de América.
2) Turn left twice until you arrive on Ronda de los Tejares (continue with above directions as of step 4)
By Public Transport:
Cordoba is fortunate to have the high speed AVE train stop that links the city directly with Madrid and Seville.
FOOD&BEVERAGE
The main renaissance door leads to the Tapas bar and the gourmet restaurant, the glass floor of the inner court yard allows you to enjoy views of the Roman ruins. At the Senzone restaurant, Andalusian cuisine is served and intelligently re-invented.
Traditional cuisine is given a modern twist with oriental adn Mediterranean flavours.
During summer, poolside snacks and beverages are served at the orange courtyard where the pool is situated.
