Sercotel Carmen - Granada

The swimming pool is open only during summer season (from the 21st June to the 21st September).

The hotel is located 500 metres from the Palacio de Congresos conference centre in the commercial heart of the city. The majority of Granada’s historic sights are within walking distance of the hotel, including the Alhambra Palace which dominates from its hilltop position overlooking the city. The entrance is a 2 km walk from the hotel, although frequent bus services do run up the hill from the city centre. Also nearby are the Cathedral, final resting place of the legendary Catholic Monarchs, several Moorish baths, and the charming, whitewashed Albaicín district.

By Air: The hotel is approximately 15 km from Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport, also known as Granada International Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. By Train: The hotel is approximately 3 km from the train station. Taxis are readily available outside the station. By Bus: The hotel is approximately 2 km from the bus station. Taxis are available outside the station. By Boat: The hotel is approximately 60 km from the port. By Car (from Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport, also known as Granada International Airport.): - From the airport, continue along the A-92 motorway, in the direction of Santa Fe. - Take exit 129 onto the E-902/A-44, following the signs for Centro and Recogidas. - Once you arrive in Granada, at the roundabout, take the 6th exit and continue along Calle Neptuno. - Carry straight on into Calle Recogidas. - Then turn right into Calle Martin Lagos. - Turn left onto Calle de Los Frailes. - Turn right onto Calle Horno del Espadero. - Finally, turn left into Calle Pino and continue to the end of the road, where it is crossed by Acera del Darro, where the hotel is located. Parking: Parking is available for guests at an additional cost.

The large restaurant offers authentic local specialities of the region and traditional Spanish dishes. The hotel also boasts Pub Bizzet, an English pub with live music every night. Guests can also enjoy their drinks out in the open air on the pub’s Carmen Terrace. Furthermore, there is a restaurant with a barbecue near the outdoor swimming pool, offering specialities from the grill, including meat and seafood dishes.

The swimming pool is open from 08 June until 19 September.
