The Chueca district, famed for its frenetic nightlife, and the main shopping boulevard of Gran Vía are all within 800 metres of the property. Puerta del Sol is a little further on from Gran Vía and represents the centre point of the country and the heart of the city. All around are tapas bars, where you can enjoy a fine red wine with the local ‘Madrileños’.

By Metro: Take line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios. Change onto line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Tribunal station. Take the exit (‘Salida’) marked ‘C/Barceló’ and turn left onto Calle de Churruca. Continue straight and the office is located at the next junction with Calle Apodaca, on the left-had side.

The central location of these apartments means you can easily walk to a wealth of restaurants and bars.

Guests in groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of EUR 50 per person at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment(s) has been checked. Guests checking-in between 23.00 and 01.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25. Those arriving between 01.00 and 03.00 must pay an additional EUR 40. Check-in after 03.00 is available by prior request only.
