Situated on Gran Vía, the main commercial and entertainment street in the heart of Madrid, the hotel, within walking distance of the most important areas and cultural monuments, offers free minibar and Wi-Fi access among other services. The spa centre is open from Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 until 22:00, and Saturdays from 10:00 to 22:00. Please note that fees may apply for spa use, including the swimming pool. On Sundays the swimming pool is open from 12:00 until 16:00, and the treatment area is closed all day. The swimming pool area is closed on Mondays for cleaning. Under 18s are only permitted at 12:00.

For those leaving before 07:00, a 'First Coffee' service is available from 05:30 (inform reception in advance if you require this). Lunch is from 13:30 to 16:00. From 08:00 until 0:00 (or until 01:00 at weekends), the 'Cafe Pompeya' is open to you, located in the hall of the hotel.
