The hotel’s transfer service runs to and from Madrid Barajas Airport and the Juan Carlos I trade fair site. It operates between 08:00 and 11:30, and 18:00 and 20:30, each weekday. Please note that the service is only available subject to prior arrangement; contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. By Car: From the Airport: -Take the N-II from the airport towards the city centre (Avda. America), leaving at exit 8 towards the Trade Fair area ‘Recinto Ferial’. -Turn left along ‘Calle Luca de Tena’, and at the end of this street, you will find Calle Juan Rizi and the entrance of the hotel. From the City Centre: -From Avenida de America take the N-II towards the airport, leaving at the second exit. Continue along Calle Arturo Soria and on the left, at the end of Calle Josefa Varcárcel, you will see the hotel. By plane: Barajas Airport, 5 km. There is a free transfer shuttle service to the airport and exhibitions and events centre, Monday to Friday and runs from 8:00 to 12:00 and 18:00 to 21:00, if you require the service, please consult reception. Our grillroom restaurant La Orza is open every day of the year from 13.30 to 16 h. and 20.30 to 24 h. Here you will find interesting and varied seasonal menus in which we always include our chef's recommended dishes of the day. There is a wide selection of wines, carefully selected from among the best vintages.

Our public rooms have natural light. On prior request, we can arrange to have teams of hostesses, interpreters or simultaneous translation facilities. We also supply free writing materials, flipchart and water. There is a wide range of menus for business lunches in our private rooms. The restaurant is closed on weekends in July and everyday in August Our staff, available to advise you in person, will give you all the information you may require.
