The hotel has 140 rooms and 2 junior suites; Smoking rooms are available upon request. Some rooms have a private balcony with stunning views of Madrid. These rooms are available on request. All rooms are fully soundproofed, for a peaceful rest after a hard day exploring Madrid or a long day shopping. Each room has a private bathroom and some rooms have a jacuzzi-bath.

Hotel Policies:

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs EUR 9 per hour.

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.
