The Finca Cortesin’s main restaurant, Restaurante Schilo, serves dishes which blend Arabian and Asian flavours – with some spices even grown within the hotel gardens. Created by noted chef, chef Schilo van Coevorden, these dishes are served in an elegant setting of Duarte decor and rich tapestries. All meals come accompanied by fine Spanish wines and great local sherries. Typical Iberian dishes are served in El Jardín. These dishes are made with fresh, seasonal produce from the local area, and are served overlooking the gardens and Mediterranean Sea. Other dining venues are found in the Galleria shopping arcade. In addition, the hotel bar serves light meals such as tapas, delicious sandwiches and fruit cocktails, along with a variety of refreshing drinks.
