Hotel Artola Golf - Marbella

Hotel Artola is located in a charming area between Fuengirola and Marbella (Cabopino Port), just 800 metres from the beach and from Artola Dunes (Natural Monument since 2003). Typical Andalusian style with all the amenities: big gardens, lovely decoration, free parking, fully equipped rooms, internet access in lounges, swimming-pool , cafeteria... 9-hole golf course "Par 3", ideal for beginners and for those who want to practice the short game -18-hole golf courses just some minutes from the hotel.

Artola Hotel was built over an old inn where turn-of-the-century merchants with horse-drawn carriages would stop on their way to the lands of Cadiz, Algeciras, and Gibraltar. It was turned into a hotel in 1954, and though it has been refurbished in different occasions, the building still maintains a typically Andalusian style: stucco and wood facade under terra-cotta roof, lovely garden around the building, whitewashed walls and Andalusian porch that leads to an interior patio full of flowerboxes, colourful tiles, decorative wooden wall panels and beams….

The hotel is located in peaceful, tropical surroundings between Marbella and Fuengirola, just a kilometre from Cabopino Beach and the impressive Artola sand dunes. There are many excellent golf courses in the surrounding area, and the exclusive resort of Marbella is just a 12 km drive away. You can also spend a day at one of several theme parks found in this area of the Costa del Sol.

By Car: From Málaga, take A7 towards Algeciras-Cadiz, and when the road splits getting to Fuengirola, follow on your right on A7 (exit 214, DO NOT take AP7 Peaje, which is the toll road). Pass Fuengirola, Calahonda and Cabopino (the Hotel is at KM194, but in the opposite direction, right in front of the “Cabo Pino” road signal). Keep going and exit on Las Chapas, go over the bridge, and turn left to go back on yourself re-joining A7, but in the opposite direction you came from. Keep going other 300 metres and leave the road to get to the Hotel. Public Transport: Not recommended

The bar is open every day from 9am to 12 midnight, and snacks and tapas are served all day. During the summer there is also a nightly barbecue on the beautiful terrace installed in the garden and pool area, and there is also a fantastic weekly Flamenco Show. The hotel also boasts a large conference room which can accommodate up to 100 people, and have plenty of garden space for wedding or birthday parties
