Santos is a distinguished and cosmopolitan, Mediterranean restaurant, open for lunch (13.00-16.00) and dinner (20.30-00.00). It is open for drinks between 16.00 and 00.00. Fresh, Japanese cuisine is served in the Japo Restaurant, also open for lunch (13.30-16.00) and dinner (20.30-00.00). Milagritos provides a more relaxed, informal venue to enjoy traditional tapas bar. It opens between 20.00 and 02.00. The 20 Pasos Cafe serves coffees and other drinks in a comfortable lounge. It is open between 10.00 and 01.00. The Terrace Restaurant opens for drinks at 20.30 and serves food between 21.00 and 00.00. Drinks are then available until 03.00.

Late check-out (until 17.00) is available on request every Sunday for a surcharge. If guests are arriving by car, they are asked to notify the staff so that they can be given appropriate directions to the hotel.
