Hostal Zahira - Sevilla

The Zahira is housed in a historic townhouse which features a typical Andalusian courtyard. This pleasant space is full of lush plants, marble and colourful, elaborate tiles known as azulejos. It provides a great place to relax away from the warm southern sunshine and bustling streets. The hotel is located in Seville’s main shopping district, just to the north of the historic centre. The surrounding streets are lively during the daytime, but then peaceful at night – ideal for a good night’s sleep. Just a short walk away you will find sights such as the Cathedral, Giralda and the majestic River Guadalquivir.

The hotel lies a short distance from the River Guadalquivir, which crosses the heart of the city. It is surrounded by charming bars and terraces. The bridges which cross the river are also famous, especially the Puente de Triana and the modern, EXPO bridge. Walk south along the river bank and you will soon find the iconic Torre del Oro. Take a 15-minute walk into the historic centre and find the attractions gathered around the huge Cathedral. Beside here you will see the Reales Alcazares palace and gardens, as well as the charming narrow streets of the Santa Cruz district.
