These fully-equipped apartments are located in privileged locations around the Mediterranean city of Valencia. Accommodating up to 6 guests in total, some apartments are located in the new, contemporary area of the City of Arts and Sciences and others in the San Vicente district. All come equipped with plasma-screen TVs with DVD players, and a kitchen including cookware and dishwasher.

Apartments located in the City of Arts and Sciences are ideal for visiting this new and exciting development. You can also stroll along the old path of the River Turia, which has been converted into tranquil gardens and an attractive recreational park. Apartments located in San Vicente are only a few minutes’ drive from the vibrant city centre.

All guests must check-in at 22 Calle Menorca. Directions will then be given to access the apartments. A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is required at check-in (cheques not accepted; credit card only for San Vicente apartments). This deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
