Room information

We have exterior and interior rooms. Our complete toiletries kit consists of “Agua de la Tierra” products. For women, we offer special “Woman style” rooms including a cosmetic bag with everything a woman might need during her stay (nail file, lip balm, exfoliating glove etc.) and the women's magazine “Telva”. In all our rooms you will find the “Vive Enjoy Valencia” booklet with useful information on the city. Disabled Facilities: The hotel has several rooms suitable for disabled guests and wheelchair users, which are available on request.

Hotel Policies:

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 25 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
